At Six Point Three Athleisure, we prioritize your satisfaction. We try our best to make you love the product you order. But in case, you don't like the product, we are there to give you a refund or avail you of the exchange of the product. Our 7-day hassle-free return policy ensures a smooth experience if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns Made Easy
We’ve streamlined the return process to make it as easy as possible. Here’s how you can initiate a return:

2. My Orders: Navigate to “My Orders” under your account.
3. Select Item: Choose the item(s) from your order you want to return.
4. Reason for Return: Specify the reason and upload supporting images, if necessary.
5. Pick-Up Address: Confirm the pick-up address and click “Proceed.”
Important Notes:
• Returns are accepted only for purchases made through www.sixpointthreeathleisure.com.
• Requests for returns must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original condition.
Eligibility for Return
You can return the products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn, and unused condition:
Free Returns/Exchanges: You can get the free return or exchange of the product, unused, within the packaging bag and within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Post 7 days: Post 7 days from the date of delivery, we cannot facilitate the return or exchange of the item. Your understanding is really important to us.
One-Time Exchange: We request you to choose the size, colors, and size of the products because we don't provide an exchange facility on exchanged items.
Damaged or incorrect product: If any product of your choice is damaged and incorrect to you, highlight such case asap.
Exclusions for Health & Hygiene Standards
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for the following items:
• Worn or used sports bras.
• Damaged or incomplete products without tags or in unsellable condition.
Return Guidelines of Six Point Three
1. Damaged Packaging:
- If the external packaging is damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package.
- Report the issue immediately through our “Get in Touch” section on the website.
- Once we accept the return and the item is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed with our banking partners. For banking processing times, please refer to the table provided below.
2. Delivery of Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, follow these steps:
a. Return via www.sixpointthreeathleisure.com:
- Log into your account and go to the “My Orders” section.
- Initiate a return request and provide images of the damaged/incorrect product.
- If your area is serviceable by our courier partner, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged. In case it isn’t, you’ll be required to arrange self-shipment.

Upon successful pick-up, the refund will be processed. Please refer to the banking table for processing times.
b. Return via Self-Shipment:
• Return the product in its original packaging to the address below.
• Courier charges will be reimbursed via an E-Gift card redeemable on www.sixpointthreeathleisure.com once the courier invoice is submitted.
• After receiving the returned items, the refund will be queued for processing.
Quality Concerns
We adhere to a strict quality control process. However, if you encounter any defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue swiftly. Defects are considered flaws beyond normal wear and tear.
To raise a claim:
- Contact our customer service team.
- Provide clear images of the product (front and back), label, and defect area.
- Upon acceptance of your claim, we will offer a refund or E-Gift card for the defective product. Please note that the E-Gift card is only applicable to purchases made on www.sixpointthreeathleisure.com.

In certain cases, we may request the return of the defective item for internal inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Worn and washed sports bras.
- Gift items received as part of promotions.
- Items purchased during sale events.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- GST on returned items will be refunded. However, shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received at our warehouse. You will be notified via email/SMS. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing times.
